Party Time!!!!

OK so the whole work thing went by the wayside anyway becuase tomorrow is the boy's 3rd birthday... cue crepe paper decorations and battles with water bombs...
The pinata is drying and is stuffed with things we never normally let the kids have... but hey, its a party and if you can't then when can you?!
You know, I have these 'great' arty-crafty ideas but must confess when it comes to implementation, MAN I am crap! I blame my left-handedness. I am seriously cack-handed. Can't sew, can't knit, can barely cut paper in a straight line...
ah well, he's three. It doesn't matter!
Even funnier is watching hubby try to fill the kazillion water bombs... I think we're getting old...

Hope the kids have a great time. We're also having my daughter's party tomorrow, so cue the rain. Yes, it's due to rain buckets and I'm going to be forced to have 11 little girls in my house.

Pray for me...

OH I hope the rain held off Marcy! We're having unseasonal warm weather at the moment so the water bomb thing was a blast (bad pun intended).
WE have very tired, but very happy kids sound asleep already - yippeeeee
- now to fall into bed myself....

It didn't rain! Hurray. We were able to keep all 10 (one didn't show) and all the mess outside for the entire 2.5 hours! Our kids had a blast too and were falling asleep eating bedtime snacks. I agree about falling into bed early...I may just do that myself. I'll post a picture of the cake I made on my blog (I'm quite proud of myself).
